Responsibilities :

Management of the IT services
Offer innovative solutions that meet business needs while remaining cost effective
Define and implement availability and performance management processes, standards, methods and tools (KPI’s)
Propose, negotiate and conclude Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Management of infrastructure products
IT Project Management
Risk Management

Qualifications :

Bachelor in IT or equivalent
Experience in general IT services, change and asset management
Large IT field experience
Team management experience (1st to 3rd level support)
Experience in an international company is an advantage
Team work and team spirit
Good communication skills
fluent written and spoken English, French, German is a great advantage.
