CFI is looking for an Application Operations Specialist
Tasks
You will ensure the availability of Group applications.
In addition to that, you maintain applications in working conditions including configuration, patching & upgrades; you document existing application environments; you also participate in applications projects to ensure proper operation readiness. You perform third level application support and work with the service desk to ensure adequate incident resolution and service requests fulfillment. You also manage communication with customers, key-users and users as well as with infrastructure and application suppliers.
Profile
- You have at least a Swiss federal diploma or equivalent experience; an IT-related University or HES diploma is preferred.
- You have experience as either an application supporter, an application engineer, an application operator, a system operator, a system analyst or a business analyst with an interest in application management.
- Good technical knowledge is required in Microsoft environments (Server 2008, IIS, Reporting & Analysis Services, SharePoint, etc.) in general.
- You have basic project management skills and supplier management capabilities.
Languages
Fluency in two of either English, German or French is mandatory
Fluency in the three languages is a nice plus
